Using plans designed by C. Jeff Stroud, A.I.A., Southside offered several value engineering options to lower the cost without comprising the quality of the renovations. After selective and structural demolition, Southside renovated the customer areas including the indoor showroom and offices, service write-up area, cashier office, parts department, and the outdoor showroom. The scope of work consisted of all new interior finishes and lighting and a new exterior skin construction of composite panels.
