Southside completed this class “A” amenities center in the Masons Bend development located in Fort Mill, SC. The modern farm-house clubhouse boasts over 4,800 SF of heated space and includes amenities such as a well equipped fitness center, aerobics studio, large gathering room with natural stone fireplace, full size kitchen, multiple outdoor gathering spaces, exterior fire pit and barbecue grill, 25 meter adult pool and a zero slope children’s pool with water features such as fountains and waterfalls.

Lake Ridge

Southside built this 9,500 SF Clubhouse and pool house with resort style amenities for the “Lake Ridge” development in Tega Cay, SC. The main clubhouse, designed with the feel of a luxurious mountain lodge boasts natural cedar shake siding, field stone accents and over 1,500 SF of covered porch complete with stained bead board ceilings. The main foyer with access to the club office, storage room, main bathrooms and Kitchenette, features a soaring coiffured wood ceiling, wide plank wood floors and heavy molding details. The main gathering room is one of a kind with its exposed timber ceilings, two-story stone fireplace and unobstructed views of the amenities deck. The clubhouse also includes a state of the art exercise facility, a five lane competition swimming pool with separate kid’s pool, a dual loop water slide and two outdoor tennis courts. Basketball courts and miles of scenic walking trails are also amenities the residents of Lake Ridge will enjoy for years to come.

Southside constructed an all inclusive high-end multi-structure project for K. Hovnanian enterprises, Inc. It including a 12,000 SF main clubhouse, 2,000 SF pool cabana, a slew of amenity areas, and the stone and stucco entry monument. The main clubhouse houses a library, aerobics room, exercise room, billiards room, craft room, and a commercial up-fitted kitchen. All rooms contain custom mill work and moldings. Interior decorating services have been employed by M.Ford & Associates out of Houston, Texas. Their plan calls for a variety of wall treatments, textures, and overstuffed furniture to complete the overall richness of the project. The multi-purpose room, which doubles as a banquet room, was equipped with a projector and screen that drop down from the ceiling when their services are desired and discreetly roll back up when their usefulness is no longer needed. This unique feature was installed specifically to cater to individuals seeking wedding reception space.

Palisades

Southside completed this two story, 20,812 SF country club inspired by Vermont’s Shelburne Farms. It consist of a wood framed structure with Cedar Shake, Stucco and Stone Veneer, and a standing seam copper roof with copper gutters. The Nicklaus Room’s interior includes the main bar and lounge as well as an outdoor dining area with a beautiful panoramic view of the eighteenth hole. Additional interior areas are designed to house men’s and women’s locker rooms, two bar/lounges and a full-service kitchen, cart storage facility, sun terrace with slate floor, banquet hall, offices, and an elevator. Other amenities are three stone fireplaces, wood flooring, carpet, ceramic tile and an extensive mill work package. Additional features of this project include: a main dining room and private dining with wine tasting area, PGA professional golf shop, men’s lounge and a women’s lounge, reception area, balcony terraces, trophy lobby, and exterior fantail stone staircase.
