G.O.A.T. Pizza
G.O.A.T. Pizza was an interior build out to newly constructed shell building with a new utility infrastructure, Cold Form framed interior walls and ceiling soffits, Commercial kitchen installation, Custom steel and solid surface millwork, lighting control system, Multi story ventilation system with DOAS unit. This project also contained custom exterior canopies and an outdoor fireplace.
Villa Antonio
Southside teamed up with Villa Antonio Italian Ristorante. This 6,000 square foot facility offers fine dining elegance, as well as a festive yet romantic atmosphere with an Italian flair. Villa Antonio boasts a wide variety of dining accommodations with a private dining area accented by a clerestory façade and 15-lite French doors, as well as flexible operable partitions for altering the room size and several cozy booths for more casual arrangements. The Villa Rotunda Room is an enclosed circular dining area accented by a coffered dome ceiling, built-in wine storage and a stone exterior to give it that authentic European feel. Additional areas of the restaurant include a large ‘piazza’ (patio), cocktail lounge, piano bar, dance floor, kitchen and hostess/waiting area.
Starbucks
Southside teamed up with Carowinds and Cedar Fair Entertainment to construct the new 6,000 sf Starbucks at North Gate. This wood framed structure was constructed from site work to final completion in 90 days.
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse
Southside was selected by Burroughs & Chapin Company of Myrtle Beach to build one of the first Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants located in the coastal area of South Carolina. This project is unique to its area and reflects the elegant Mediterranean architectural style of Grande Dunes yet still offers the casual feel of Myrtle Beach. 10,740 SF single-story facility consists of five dining areas, a patio with a bar for outdoor dining as well as a state-of-the art kitchen, lobster aquarium, a large bar area, office space, and storage/utility areas. The interior of the restaurant is accented with mahogany millwork and granite countertops. The exterior of the building has a clay tile roof, cast stone, ceramic tile, and architectural woodwork.
Carowinds – Harmony Hall
Southside completed Harmony Hall for Carowinds utilizing approved value engineering options and a fast track schedule to ensure a prompt and economical completion of the project. The 26,200 SF pre-engineered metal building features an open design with seating for up to 500 people, restaurant stations, separate seating areas, a stage for live entertainment, and a bar area. The facility, centrally located in the park, was constructed during peak season. Barriers were installed and Southside coordinated with Carowinds to construct the facility while allowing 10,000 guests per day to enjoy adjacent attractions.
