Carowinds Cedar Fair selected Southside Constructors, Inc. as design/build general contractor to design and construct the 35,000 SF warehouse in Mecklenburg County, NC.

The fast track project was programmed, designed, permitted and constructed in 180 days. The warehouse features a pre-engineered structure with 35’ clear heights and a 2,500 SF lean-to for break rooms and administrative support.
