Southside performed an exterior façade upfit and interior renovations to the existing 27,478 SF Ford dealership to allow for the addition of Lincoln Mercury. The project included a new parapet structure, structural steel and all connections required to tie new steel to existing building structure, as well as a new electrical signage system. Interior modifications in the showroom consisted of carpet and the replacement of porcelain tile.
