A standing seam copper roof as well as copper gutters adorns areas of the building’s exterior. The Nicklaus Room’s interior includes the main bar and lounge as well as an outdoor dining area with a beautiful panoramic view of the eighteenth hole. Additional interior areas are designed to house men’s and women’s locker rooms, two bar/lounges and a full-service kitchen, cart storage facility, sun terrace with slate floor, banquet hall, offices and an elevator. Other amenities are three stone fireplaces, wood flooring, carpet, ceramic tile and an extensive millwork package. Additional features of this project include: a main dining room and private dining with wine tasting area, PGA professional golf shop, men’s lounge and a women’s lounge, reception area, balcony terraces, trophy lobby, and exterior fantail stone staircase.
