Southside Constructors, Inc. provided design-build services for this 2,700 SF interior up-fit for Long’s Drugs. Included in this project was a complete demolition of existing suites and combining two suites into one, metal stud and drywall, vinyl laminate flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, paint, aluminum storefront, doors and frames, exterior monument signage, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The facility includes a pharmacy, a retail area, drug storage room, an office, a break room, a counsel injection room, and restrooms. Southside worked with the architectural firm of Priest Architecture to develop this pharmacy store.
