Southside Constructors is currently completing this 20,000 SF Design-Build project with LS3P. Key design components included master planning for future parking and three additional phases of expansion. Project includes a modern 20,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with 350 seat worship space, classrooms, and gathering space. Interior finishes include sealed concrete, exposed ceilings, accent walls, and accent lighting to create a clean modern industrial feel. Site work includes storm drainage and retention system designed for future expansion, and parking lots.
