Southside was selected by Durban Group to re-purpose an existing mill work shop and warehouse into their new world headquarters. The existing 9,800 SF abandoned manufacturing facility located in the South End district of Charlotte provided the location and rich architectural features desired.  Existing interior and site was completely demolished with only the shell components to remain. Construction included all new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, large masonry openings for storefront, exposed wood bow trusses barrel roof, glass front office partitions, break and game room, stained concrete flooring, along with front and rear patios
surrounds by cast in place concrete knee walls. A complete site package included new parking lot, ornamental fencing, motorized gates, sidewalks, and landscaping.
