Southside completed the Creative Kids Child Development facility in Lake Wylie, SC. The 12,000 square foot design includes exposed heavy timber construction along with a standing seam metal roof with structurally insulated panels. Exterior canopies include exposed tongue and groove decking with a stone veneer wainscot. Interior finishes include luxury vinyl tile, ceramic tile, athletic floor, and solid surface countertops. A play area with multiple fenced off playgrounds, and covered canopies wrapping around the building.
