Southside was chosen by Chester County to team up with architect Carlisle and Associates for one major assignment. This project includes the re-purposing of two existing automotive retail facilities into one state-of-the-art conference and convention center in Chester, SC. This 35,000 SF building will include ballrooms, galleries, conference and meeting spaces. Exterior finishes to the building include a wainscot synthetic stone exterior, sunscreens, and a portico entry feature. The facility will also house the Chester County Economic Development staff and will serve as a hub for economic development and recruitment for the Chester County area.
