Southside was selected by the Concord Regional Airport to build this 29,000 SF aircraft hangar designed by the Architectural firm Pease Associates. Scope of work for this project included site work, building foundation, a 255 foot clear span pre-engineered structure with fire rated walls, motor operated hangar doors, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection sprinkler systems. Site work consisted of grading, new utilities, paving, concrete work, and landscaping.
