Southside teams up with Carowinds, Cedar Fair Entertainment, and Coca-Cola to construct the new Coke Marketplace. The 770 SF marketplace included a structural steel and wood framed structure, membrane roofing, cement and cedar panel siding, cedar timber entry trellis, and tea cup cast in place planter seats. Interior finishes included stained concrete, wood casework, decorative lighting, and vinyl graphics.

Due to time and budget constraints Southside assisted the design team with selection of finish materials and exterior cladding while maintaining the required Coca-Cola features. Exterior site work included demolition of two existing structures and a brick paver plaza.
