Southside was selected as the General Contractor for the new Classic Ford Lincoln dealership renovation and addition in Columbia, South Carolina. This renovated 20,000 SF building, designed by Priest Architecture, consisted of a retail sales department, an enclosed service drive, separate Lincoln sales and break area,
along with offices and two customer waiting areas.  Featured on the front elevation is the trademark Ford composite metal panel entry element, curtain wall glass,
and corrugated metal panels.
