Southside provided some shade for Carowinds at the Carolina Harbor water park by constructing a group of new pool side cabanas. These new cabanas will be available for rental so guests can have some peace and solitude among the craziness of Carolina Harbor. Each cabana features ceiling fans to keep guests cool, personal refrigerators, and television for entertainment. Southside constructed a total of nine cabanas, two party sized to accommodate large parties, and seven smaller cabanas for smaller parties. These cabanas are serviced by the Carolina Harbor lighthouse which is the focal point of the water park’s skyline.
