Southside began renovations on this 9,000 SF interior up-fit for Ballantyne Internal Medicine in 2003. Included in this project was a lobby / waiting area with heavy mill work, the installation of cabinets, doors, carpet, floor tiles, wall coverings as well as acoustical ceiling tiles. The facility includes exam rooms, laboratory facilities, provider offices, and nurses stations. Southside worked with the architectural firm of LS3P to develop this medical facility.
