This Novant Healthcare Tenant Upfit at Ballantyne Pediatrics included a 9,200 square foot interior renovation designed by architect Robert Serrano and include a pediatric waiting room, nurses stations, exam rooms, laboratory facilities, blood work laboratories and provider offices.  Southside coordinated all subcontractors to complete the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  Interior finishes included fabric wall coverings and decorative paint techniques.
