General Contractor builds third phase for Southbrook Community Church



After successful completion of phases one and two of their church, Southbrook Community Church once again called upon Southside Constructors, Inc. for phase three, the addition of a 1,200 seat worship center to their already existing facility.

Designed by Living Stone Architects this project includes a 1,200 seat sanctuary with retractable motorized bleachers, a combination full court gymnasium, stage, green room, band room, kitchen cafe, foyer, support facilities, and office/storage space.

Additional work consists of a metal canopy/awning at the churches main entrance, an aluminum walkway cover from the existing building to the new building, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems to the existing youth center.

Interior finishes and features include: stain concrete, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, commercial grade kitchen equipment for coffee bar area, and installation of gymnasium equipment. Site work includes paving, curb and gutter, landscaping and storm drainage, and sidewalks.
