General Contractor completes construction of new Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Myrtle Beach

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, June 13, 2008 — General Contractor, Southside Constructors, Inc. was selected by Burroughs & Chapin Company of Myrtle Beach to build one of the first Ruth's Chris Steak House restaurants located in the coastal area of South Carolina. Designed by the architectural firm, LS3P Associates Ltd. this world famous restaurant is situated at The Marina Village at Grande Dunes.

The newly completed 10,740 square foot single-story facility offers five dining areas, a patio with a bar for outdoor dining as well as a state-of-the art kitchen, lobster aquarium, a large bar area, office space, and storage/utility areas. Interior features of the restaurant include extensive Honduran mahogany millwork, basket weave marble floors, granite countertops, precast stone fireplace surround and wrought iron wine rack assemblies. The exterior of the building consists of a terracotta clay roof, cast stone, ceramic tile, and architectural woodwork.
