Southside Constructors, Inc. Building Luxurious New Condominium Complex

Charlotte, North Carolina, January 25, 2007—Southside Constructors, Inc. has been selected by Carolina Style Properties, LLC to build Ridge Road Villas, a sophisticated new condominium complex located on 17 acres.

Designed by Jester Jones Schiffer Architects LTD., this 76 unit complex will consist of a total of 19 four-unit, 2 two-unit buildings and a Clubhouse with swimming pool. These luxurious units will be available in four different floor plans ranging from 1,733 SF to 2,335 SF each.

The 2,946 SF Clubhouse will contain offices, an exercise room, kitchen, large community room, mechanical room, and foyer. A pool with concrete decking and an aluminum picket fence will also be part of the amenities.
