Carolina Style Properties, LLC selects General Contractor to build Ridge Road Villas
Southside Constructors, Inc. has been selected to build a sophisticated new condominium complex as well as the sites infrastructure to include grading, site utilities, erosion control, storm drainage, paving, curb & gutter and sidewalks.
Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ridge Road Villas was designed by Jester Jones Schiffer Architects LTD. and developed by Jeff and Cathy Mason of Carolina Style Properties, LLC. The 76 unit complex will consist of a total of 19 four-unit, 2 two-unit buildings and a Clubhouse with swimming pool. These luxurious units are available in four different floor plans:
~ “Abbey” (2,127 SF): 2 BR, Master Bath/Closet, LR, DR, Kitchen, Foyer, Bath,
Laundry/Storage Area, Garage, and Veranda
~ “Canterbury” (2,270 SF): 3 BR, Master Bath/Closet, LR, DR, Kitchen, Foyer,

The 2,946 SF Clubhouse will contain offices, an exercise room with men's and women's restrooms, a kitchen, large community room, mechanical room, and foyer. A pool with concrete decking and an aluminum picket fence will also be part of the amenities.
Each building is slab on grade construction with wood framing and an exterior veneer of synthetic stone and LP siding. Installation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as paved driveways to each building will also be part of the project. Kitchen appliances for the units include range hood, range, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Accents will consist of ceramic tile tubs and showers and cultured marble countertops.
