Our guiding principal is that each dollar saved is a dollar that can be used to further ministries and His Kingdom. While we won’t recommend sub-standard products or allow anything but the best from our field crews, we do aggressively drive down the cost of each project by following this philosophy.

Open Book Accounting
Owners are our partners in construction and therefore need to be aware of all costs incurred. A detailed report is available at all times.

Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with a Fixed Fee
The best way to instill confidence and plan for the financial responsibility of the owner is to work on a GMP. Southside requires this of all sub-contracts as well, eliminating surprises. Our fee does not change once the GMP is set.

100% Return of Savings
Southside uses the GMP as the benchmark to beat. 100% off all savings from Southside and our subs are returned to the owner. Good stewardship of God’s money is our core philosophy and we look for every opportunity to support the ministries of the church.

No Fee on Change Orders
We inevitably get requests from owners to make changes during the construction process. Our goal is to minimize the impact of these changes on the budget and schedule. Southside does not charge a markup on change orders up to 5% of the original contract amount.
