‘Braking’ News: Southside Constructors, Inc. Gives Meineke a Tune-Up

Mt. Holly, North Carolina, June 29, 2007— Southside Constructors, Inc. has started another project, a new car care center located in Mt. Holly.

After reviewing several locations with Southside Constructors, Inc., the Owner selected Catawba Village Shopping Center for the location of their new 4,531 square foot Meineke Car Care Center. To match the existing buildings in the shopping center as closely as possible, brick details, canopies, stucco details, and custom light fixtures will be utilized to give it an upscale exterior appearance.

Designed by Redline Design Group, this car care center will consist of six bay service area with lifts and roll-up doors, building canopies, waiting and reception area, offices, break rooms, as well as a work center and coffee bar for customers. Interior finishes include epoxy chemical resistant flooring for service bays, custom cabinets and countertops, millwork, flooring, painting, and acoustical ceilings. A partial mezzanine with offices will overlook the customer lobby and service bays so current business can be monitored.
