General Contractor Brings Lake Ridge Amenity Center to Life

Southside Constructors, Inc. will be holding a groundbreaking ceremony for a brand new 9,500 SF clubhouse and pool house for the “Lake Ridge” development in Tega Cay, SC on December 15, 2008. The ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. and will take place at the site of the new Amenity Center located at 1040 Angelica Lane.

Designed by Priest Architecture the main clubhouse will be adorned by natural cedar and stone on the exterior with multiple covered deck areas for outdoor gathering. The interior will feature a formal great room, stone clad fireplace, craftsman inspired millwork and a wall of custom glass doors leading to the amenities deck. The main foyer will access the club office, storage room, main bathrooms and kitchenette. The clubhouse will house a state of the art exercise facility as well as amenities including a five lane competition swimming pool, a separate kid’s pool with play structure, water feature and a slide, two outdoor tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts and miles of scenic walking trails.
