Southside Constructors, Inc. Takes the High Road
General Contractor awarded contract for additions and renovations to country club

Highlands, North Carolina, January 25, 2010 – Southside Constructors, Inc. has been selected to renovate the Highlands Falls Golf Country Club located in Highlands, North Carolina. Together with Chapman Coyle Chapman Architects (Marietta, Georgia) the renovated 25,000 SF clubhouse will be completed spring 2010.

The scope of work includes demolition and rehabbing of the entire main level of the clubhouse. In addition, a new covered dining pavilion with a wood burning fireplace will overlook the golf course. Exotic millwork finishes will be incorporated throughout the clubhouse interiors as well as updated member facilities, upgraded kitchen and a new and improved pro-shop. The clubhouse will also have completely upgraded electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
