General Contractor awarded contract for additions and renovations to country club



Southside Constructors, Inc. has begun extensive renovations and additions to the Highlands Falls Golf Country Club located in Highlands, North Carolina.

Architectural design for the renovations and additions to this 25,000 SF country club are provided by Chapman Coyle Chapman & Associates out of Marietta, Georgia.

Scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of the entire main level offices and formal areas, the addition of a new covered dining cabana off the rear of the main dining hall, new kitchen storage facility, new golf pro shop, new cart storage Porte Cochere and several exterior upgrades ranging from window and door upgrades to custom architectural accessories.
 
Highlights of the project are the complete retrofit to the building with an upgraded HVAC, Electrical and Fire Protection systems, custom millwork with reclaimed accents, as well as high end flooring and accents with no expense spared. The new outdoor fireplace which will grace the outdoor dining pavilion will feature architectural stone and ornamental iron accents.
