General Contractor builds new branch in Cramerton

First National Bank (FNB) hires experienced professionals and finds a high profile location to meet the increasing demand for financial services.  For maximum exposure FNB selected a corner lot on Wilkinson Blvd. in the town of Cramerton. 

Southside Constructors, Inc. (SCI) provided full general contracting services, including extensive site work to prepare the site for the new bank building.  Scheduling and coordination of the owner contracted electrician, interior designer and bank equipment supplier were also included in SCI’s scope of work.

The Holland Hamrick & Patterson architectural design team and SCI’s “Trees to Keys” construction philosophy resulted in an attractive new facility, including drive thru service lanes, parking lot and complete landscaping.  FNB’s new facility houses offices, customer service areas, walk-up teller counter and an employee break room with kitchen.

The project consisted of:

•  A wood framed structure with brick veneer

•  Aluminum clad windows

•  Aluminum wrapped soffitts, Fascia, gutters

•  Interior finishes include wood trim, and pre-finished cabinetry

•  Owner installed ceramic tile, carpet and wall covering

•  Owner installed all bank equipment
