Charlotte, North Carolina, September 3, 2007— Southside Constructors, Inc. and DAS Architecture, Inc. are transforming the old Fat City Deli property into a distinctive modern six-story condominium/retail complex. Located in the heart of Charlotte in the NoDa Arts District, this new multi-use development will consist of 26 residential loft-style condominiums as well as 8,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The facade of the building has been designed to maintain the integrity of the historical Fat City building by using graffiti style art on one side of the building.
