Donald Craig Suzuki in Mooresville, NC selects General Contractor to build new showroom
As Suzuki popularity increases, Suzuki’s corporate office approves new facilities and selects new localized dealerships. After talking with and reviewing proposals from several builders, Donald Craig Suzuki decided on a design-build contract with Southside Constructors, Inc. and Winstead Wilkinson Architects.
Donald Craig Suzuki’s new 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility offers a spacious new showroom that creates a positive customer experience and is more functional for their employees as well. The facility includes administrative, finance, service drop off and write-up offices, sales areas, a parts desk and storage for public and technician use, as well as a service building with ten bays and wash bays for auto detailing, new sales, and after service clean up. This two-story dealership has a textured exterior and includes all hi-end finishes as well as new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Located in Mooresville, NC this facility is a great addition to the existing Donald Craig business. Donald Craig Suzuki who is currently the top-selling Suzuki dealer in the Southeast has also selected Southside Constructors, Inc. to build two additional dealerships, which will be located in Gastonia and Charlotte.
Interior details of this project include:
- A two-story showroom space with ceramic tile flooring
Vinyl wall covering through out the building
Epoxy, chemical resistant service bay floor
Office space for immediate and future needs
Owner upgrades to cabinetry, ceiling, and floors
Custom wood trim for Owner office and conference room
Custom storefront glass for vehicle display and open showroom
CAT 5 wiring throughout the facility in order to network all of the dealership’s data to one central server.
