This project consisted of the construction of an approximately 29,000 SF aircraft hangar.

The scope of work for this project included site work, building foundation, a 275 foot clear span pre-engineered structure with fire rated walls, motor operated hangar doors, under floor trace heating at hangar door rails, lighting control system equipped with occupancy sensor time delay settings, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire suppression/sprinkler system. Site work consisted of grading, new utilities, paving, concrete work and landscaping. A mezzanine and two offices were also incorporated into the hanger.
