General Contractor Builds New Storage Facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina

In early 2006, Southside Constructors, Inc. began construction of a new Budget Self Storage located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The facility is designed by Architect Randolph C. Henning and developed by ENSI Development Corporation of Winston Salem, NC.
The three 62,200 SF pre-engineered structures rest on three acres. The site work scope included grading, storm system, erosion control, retention pond with concrete headwall and landscaping. Two of the three structures consisted of a corrugated metal wall panel system. The third facility has climate controlled storage units, complete with HVAC, fire protection and security system.
Architectural finishes for the office included interior gypsum board partitions, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling tiles, paint and an epoxy floor system in lobby/sales area featuring the Budget Self Storage Logo.

EIFS with simulated brick
