General Contractor builds Bogue Watch Clubhouse and Amenities Center

Newport, North Carolina, June 10, 2009 – Southside Constructors, Inc. has been selected to construct the Bogue Watch Clubhouse & Amenities Center located in a private, waterfront community. Designed by J. Davis Architects, a full service design firm from Raleigh, the coastal themed clubhouse will boast all of today’s modern luxuries which include a fully equipped exercise room, gaming lounge, formal library, multipurpose room, grand gathering room with fireplace and a formal kitchen complete with state of the art appliances that will accommodate parties up to 131 persons. The exterior is true to its coastal Carolina theme and includes 1,173 SF of covered porch for residents to enjoy year round.
 
The outdoor amenities spare no expense and include a resort style pool, two tennis courts and a basketball court. Just off the rear of the pool deck is formal gathering area which includes a fire pit surrounded by lush landscaped gardens designed by North Carolina Landscape architect Mark Hall. A separate 1,200 SF pool house will house the outdoor showers and men's/women's rest room facilities. Additional outdoor elements include salt treated concrete surfaces, decorative pavers and lush resort style landscaping.

In addition, Southside Constructors, Inc. will be constructing a new Gate house at the entrance of the development complete with operational gates for its residents.
