Presbyterian Healthcare was so pleased with the work performed by Southside Constructors, Inc. during their previous projects; it entered into negotiations with Southside for the Ballantyne Time Share, a 3,000 SF upfit.  Southside received its notice to proceed in early July 2003.  The facility included provider offices, exam rooms, waiting room, reception area, nurses station and a break room.  Forces were immediately mobilized in order to adhere to the strict construction schedule dictating that the Time Share Upfit be turned over to Presbyterian Healthcare in less than 45 days.  In the end Southside finished the project more than a week ahead of schedule.  The facility was designed by architect Robert Serrano.
