General Contractor selected to perform interior renovations and additions

Southside Constructors, Inc. was awarded the 8,000 SF Ballantyne Imaging Center project bid for this Presbyterian Healthcare project.  Architect Robert Serrano worked with Southside Constructors, Inc. to fast-track the construction efforts of this project.  Southside coordinated all subcontractors to complete the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, drywall, floor covering, painting, and more.  In house forces completed finish work for the project including installing the medical accessories and assisting with the installation of the structural support system for the X-Ray equipment.  In the end, Southside finished the project more than a week ahead of schedule. The facility includes exam rooms and provider offices.

Interior renovations and additions included:

• Installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, drywall, floor covering, painting, and more
• High-end finishes including millwork
• Installation of the medical accessories and assisting with the installation of the support system for the X-Ray equipment
• High-tech equipment installed, including a Computed Tomography Scanning (CT Scan)
